Arguably, nurses have remained critical members of the care industry across the globe for a long time. Besides, nursing often encourages the overall wellbeing of an individual and families in a medical and community setup. In this regard, such experts are vigorously involved in advocacy issues, policy deliberation, and handling other medical research in modern society. Like any other profession, nursing has different divisions, such as Post baccalaureate, which provides independent primary medication and special attention to families and the larger society.
In the medical world, such experts perform their work personally and sometimes in partnership with different therapeutic physicians. For instance, caregivers work together with the medical doctor to give patients the best outcome for a full recovery. Proficient nurses' work is to supervise nurses' overall work and activities with limited licenses, such as enrolled nurses (ENs) in Australia (

Furthermore, Caregivers is regarded as the most diverse and respected professional in the medical field. In the USA, there are thousands of registered and active nurses and millions of others across the globe. Although there is no true demographic representation of the cultural differences of people, caregiving remains the only occupation with the largest ethnic representation compared to other jobs (Chen et al.). Nonetheless, men remain underrepresented in various countries, calling for more awareness and inclusive training regarding nursing. Despite Nursing becoming an important aspect in the medical world, shortages of caregivers have become an issue over time. Notably, this i
attributed to the increase in patients due to affordable care across the globe. According to a recent study, the demand for nursing is projected to increase substantively (Chen et al.). Moreover, advancements in medical care, rising expectations of patient outcomes, and a large aging populace across the globe require an increased number of qualified caregivers to invest more in nursing practitioners to handle the rising demand for care.
In conclusion, nursing is one of the essential professions in the medical field in virtually every society. Nonetheless, the demand for such caregivers has gone up, causing shortages in different hospitals. The government should encourage more college students to pursue nursing in different colleges to remedy this.
