Introduction

The social policy into gender inequality has widespread and diverse where men and women are not equal in different ways, with enduring and immediate differences. The government through the Ministry of Social and Labor Insurance has made a series of measures seeking to reduce the gender policy pay between women and men in the past few years. The gaps between both genders currently stand at 24% in different countries in Europe, with the largest gap among the European member’s states. The Women’s Movement

One of the basic concerns of the women’s movement was the rewards for their work and securing them. Liberal Feminism, Socialist Feminism, and Radical Feminism are the most popular concept of equality which is relatively new; with Liberal feminism being the main source of Gender roles learned and opportunities that are denied to women. The earning difference between women and men may be the main determinant of the income being women who work both primarily and full time is responsible for child care thus opting to take their kids to daycare other than dropping out of work or labor force. However, changing the differential in earning may also require more pay equality across dramatic or occupations in the distribution of women.

With the government removing the security programs in income, the increasing reliance on nonprofit organizations and voluntary sector meet the needs and the social welfare of Canadians. Men overpower women starts deep in the communities over the world- expect Canada. It has been through history books and drawn into over law, family, education, health, government

among others. People experience it as women at school, home, at work and also in our neighborhoods. The unequal and undervalue of women makes men have the right to use violence, so as to keep women under control where the abuse is normally caused by substance abuse or mental illness.

Some of the nongovernmental organizations in Canada come from different sectors have become actors which are instrumental in the provision of social welfare. The violence of male against women is an expression of inequality in gender. In a community where women have been valued less and expected to serve men better with their needs, rape, sexual assault, emotional abuse or psychological among others is how gender inequality looks like (Nelson & Bridges, 2009). This is domination by male made visible, where violence against women brings and creates fear which helps women to be cold, experience violence making them lose control. Women who experience violence sends a negative message to different women that they are not valued in the society and community and also they are in danger.
In conclusion, Canada’s foreign policy includes ending early, child and forced marriages, violence elimination against women, maternal, newborn and child health improvement among others. Although it comes with the believe that men have the right order to control women, to sleep and have sex with them anytime they want or wish, to punish and correct them; the abuse kills the female partner. Canada is one of the countries that support the social policy with Gender inequity being on the forefront with a broad of projects which enhance the role of women in decision-making in developing countries.
