The survey also found that among those surveyed, 33% had applied for jobs multiple times before finding employment, which indicates a significant level of ambition. What's interesting is that when asked if their current jobs aligned with their qualifications, 63% responded negatively. However, despite this dissatisfaction with job alignment, the majority (69%) expressed satisfaction with their pay. Furthermore, the survey revealed that over six months ago, more than a third (34%) of respondents were employed at their previous job.

The results indicate that the attitude of seeking high-level jobs does not play any role in spreading unemployment. To reduce unemployment in society, it is recommended to keep the birth rate within reasonable limits. Constructive and beneficial education should be prioritized, leading to the opening of various technical and professional institutes by the government. The selection process for candidates should be fair and equal. Creating a pleasant working environment is essential for encouraging female participation. Job levels and salaries should match the qualifications of individuals. Providing bonuses for good performance can further motivate workers. Additionally, the government should offer job opportunities for skilled individuals at a small scale.
The government should focus on promoting economic growth through various measures. This includes announcing an Economic Revival Package specifically aimed at revitalizing the industrial sector to boost production and encourage investment. Additionally, a separate package should be announced to support the development of the agriculture sector. In order to attract industrialists and foreign investment, a range of fiscal and monetary measures should be implemented. Furthermore, there should be an emphasis on expanding Technical and Vocational training facilities to provide more opportunities for the unemployed to enhance their skills and earn a reasonable income. To combat unemployment, self-employment schemes should be actively promoted.
