Water on Earth moves continually through the water cycle of evaporation and transpiration (evapotranspiration), condensation, precipitation, and runoff, usually reaching the sea. Evaporation and transpiration contribute to the precipitation over land. Safe drinking water is essential to humans and other lifeforms even though it provides no calories or organic nutrients. Access to safe drinking water has improved over the last decades in almost every part of the world, but approximately one billion people still lack access to safe water and over 2. billion lack access to adequate sanitation. [7]
There is a clear correlation between access to safe water and GDP per capita. [8] However, some observers have estimated that by 2025 more than half of the world population will be facing water-based vulnerability. [9] A recent report (November 2009)
...suggests that by 2030, in some developing regions of the world, water demand will exceed supply by 50%. [10] Water plays an important role in the world economy, as it functions as a solvent for a wide variety of chemical substances and facilitates industrial cooling and transportation.
Approximately 70% of the fresh water used by humans goes to agriculture. [11] Drinking water or potable water is water safe enough to be consumed by humans or used with low risk of immediate or long term harm. In most developed countries, the water supplied to households, commerce and industry meets drinking water standards, even though only a very small proportion is actually consumed or used in food preparation.
Water has always been an important and life-sustaining drink to humans and is essential to the survival of all known organisms Drinking water o
a variety of qualities is bottled. Bottled water is sold for public consumption throughout the world. There’s no doubt that water is important. Not only do we humans use it just about every day, but every living thing needs it to live. It has helped form the Earth as we know it, and it covers over 70% of the Earth. Even where there is land, much of it is covered in ice, which is obviously just solid water.
The importance of water is clear to us in many ways, and we can’t overlook it. Some say that that learning how to keep, and transport water over land was the key to our survival when other similar species just kept dying off. It is true enough that we can survive without food but we cannot survive without water, which is why there are many businesses nowadays that include water business. The demand for clean and healthy water is very important to human beings, the very importance of it is very critical to live a long and healthy life.
Water refilling stations are very rampant nowadays to sustain distribution of continuous clean and healthy water. With the sudden growth of the population, water refilling stations are necessary and inevitable in one’s healthy and clean living. Given that water is very important to one’s life, we cannot just drink water from the well or drink water out of nowhere, we need to have sources or resources that will supply us healthy water for us to consume. 1.
