The Disparity Between Intellect and Character How do you explain the fact that morally evil people can be highly educated in terms of ethics and religion? In other words, how do you account for the gap that sometimes occurs between knowledge of ethics and being an ethical person? I think that people who are evil people and are educated in ethics and religion are people that may have been taught what ethics are as a child but have chosen to be non-ethical people in a sense.

I think that college is the final step to learn the things that will help you throughout your life and having ethics is one of them. I think that the professors that you deal with throughout your course of college can teach you the things that they know and may have been through. Yes, you may know what having ethics and what being an ethical person is before you get to college but more elaboration on the subject would always be a plus for someone that was not taught in the right way.
