“Where’d the days go when all we did was play? And the stress that we were under wasn’t stress at all just a run and a jump into a harmless fall” (Nutini.) As this quote suggests, stress is a conflict that in some way results in a ‘run and jump into a harmless fall.’ People cannot liberate themselves from the trap stress has them in, which is the reasoning for my research of how stress can be eliminated. My research centers on the basics and causes for stress, and how to get rid of the stress specifically through exercise. I have learned both through personal experience and through talking to others that stress is one of the most important struggles to overcome as a human in today’s world.

My personal interest of the topic came about gradually through trying to manage school with all of my sports and extracurricular activities. This caused a lot of stress for me and my family, and now I have been researching ways to reduce or eliminate this stress by both learning how stress is made and different strategies to be able to overcome it. Through my research I have concluded it is very difficult to overcome stress, but with determination and strategy, it can become easy. The main ways people relieve stress today is through exercise, competition, vacations, and sleep. I have found that the most popular way of stress relief is through exercise and sports because it effectively releases endorphins that are the hormone needed to be released to become stress-free.

Although not all of these work for all people, there can always be something done that will remove the stress. Unfortunately, some of my questions weren’t answered through my research including the following: what is the fastest way to relieve stress?, is there another way to reduce stress without releasing endorphins?, and how can you find the personal stressors of different people? Overall, the purpose of this bibliography is for people to be able to learn to overcome stress by revealing different methods that may or may not work for all people and to explain the negative effects of stress and why you should attempt to remove it from your life. “Exercise To Release Stress.” Exercise to Release Stress. The Stress Management Society is a non-management organization dedicated to helping people tackle stress. The Society has become so successful that it is now recognized as one of the UK’s leading authorities on stress management issues. The Society was formed in 2003 by a number of healthcare professionals, management consultants and therapists – all experts in mental health, well-being and quality of life issues, which includes the authors of this article. There are a total of 21 authors that overlook all of the material on this website who all have degrees in the fields mentioned earlier.

This article addresses that humans were designed to move and that exercise is one of the most important things. It recognizes the existence of endorphins and explains the medical advantage of these hormones. The endorphins are directly related to the release of stress as tested through experiments. This article is seemed to be a reliable and non-biased article written by a group of people who all have degrees in the fields that relate to stress and exercise, and they are all passionate about getting people to exercise and get out of the house. The authors are targeting people like scholars who study physical activity and health issues; professionals who apply sport, physical activity, and health knowledge in delivering useful services; and the public who engage in fitness and sports activities in many forms and who benefit from living healthier lifestyles. They could also be targeting younger children because they could be trying to show them the importance of exercise.

The article talks about exercise serving as a release to tension and anxiety, relaxation, increase energy, and more. The site where this article was found seems to be reliable and unbiased due this website run by a non-profit organization that is out to help people in all areas of physical activity. Keiley’s intended audience is people who are trying to find better or easier ways to stay healthy and reduce stress. Although Mother Earth News focuses most on how to stay healthy, Keiley’s article talks more about exercise and how it can reduce stress levels along with a healthy diet.

This article is useful to my topic because it addresses different strategies for being able to exercise, and it also addresses that it doesn’t have to be excessive exercise. There wouldn’t seem to be any bias coming from this article seeing as it is a motivational article to help people exercise. Youth Today is a nonprofit organization that was founded to advise the youth of the world to become successful. This website has many authors that must be qualified in the subject to be able to publish on their website. The intended audience of this article is youthful people most likely under the age of 21. In this article, the author addresses the problem of children not being active enough, then he goes on to give a strategy for young people to becoming active. This article is relevant to my subject because it gives motivational reasons to become active including the enrichment of academics and gives different reasons why exercise can help reduce stress. This article does not only address the fact that exercise reduces stress levels, but it talks about the advantages of having low stress and how it can help you in your daily life.

This information is useful to my research about how exercise can improve stress levels and positively affect your daily life. This article was found using a reliable academic database, resulting in a small possibility or bias. It is through this dialogue that the world can achieve global visions of sustainable development encompassing observance of human rights, mutual respect and the alleviation of poverty, all of which are at the heart of UNESCO’S mission and activities. This organization only publishes the types of books that help with their mission.

This book addresses the basics of stress through life science studies, but then addresses the existence of personal stressors and how to gain control over them. This author’s book addresses people who are trying to overcome stress and make a plan to be able to stay stress free. This is important to my topic because it looks at stress from a new perspective and talks about people having a personal stressor. These are things that constantly cause stress and it also talks about how to overcome these. There is a small possibility for bias in this book, it was found using an academic database and was published anonymously by UNESCO which is a very reliable organization for scientific material. Miller holds a Master of Social Work and has extensive training in mental health diagnosis, as well as child and adolescent psychotherapy. She also has a bachelor’s degree in music. The author is targeting older athletes either having problems with stress or people looking for reasons to stay in athletics, or people looking for reasons to start athletics. She could also be targeting people who are trying to find ways to reduce stress in their life.

The article talks about how sports affects things in people lives, including endorphins, mental health, socialization, and self-esteem. The site where this article was found seems to be reliable and unbiased due to all of the information about their location and about their authors. An author from The American Council on Exercise (ACE), America’s Authority on Fitness which is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the benefits of physical activity and protecting consumers against unsafe and ineffective fitness products and instruction, has written this article, but no credentials were given. This article discusses how exercise can help people in many ways including reducing stress levels. It explains the different reliefs that can be felt after exercise including relieving stress, anxiety, and self-consciousness. The author is targeting people looking for motivation to start exercise, or could also be directed toward people looking for ways to be able to relieve themselves of reoccurring problems. In his article, Sykes talks the different positive effects that exercise has on your body including how it releases stress. He addresses walking as being the most popular, easiest, and safes form of exercise for people who want to start becoming active. The parts of this article that relate to my topic are about how exercise can reduce stress levels in many ways besides the most commonly known way of releasing endorphins.

In this article, Talloh is targeting athletes who are trying to manage their stress levels using sports, but he could also people wanting to study or learn about sports psychology. This article talks about how competitive athletes can manage their stress levels without becoming more stressed with competition and the need to win. This site is a very reliable website with many contacts and qualified authors with a headquarters based in the UK.
