Profession- is a vocation founded upon specialized educational training, the purpose of which is to supply objective counsel and service to others. Professional- engaged in a specified activity as one's main paid occupation rather than as an amateur. Professionalism- the competence or skill expected of a professional.

6. Take charge of your classroom.
7. Be open for change.

9. Keep up to date with your marking and grading the student's tasks
