My motto has always been to live life to the fullest, and I think one way to do this is by assisting those in need. People have different ways of offering support, such as making donations or joining volunteer groups.
In my younger years, I engaged in both charity and volunteer works, which I found enjoyable. However, as I grew older, I realized that combining my passion for helping others with a professional career would be a fantastic idea.
To fully enjoy work, it is crucial to have a passion for it. Choosing B.S. Accelerated Nursing at Suny Downstate Medical Center allows me to follow my passion for helping others and advancing in my career.
Nursing is an arduous profession, and I strongly believe that nurses have a vital function in the care provided at hospitals. They are responsible for
...administering medication, delivering patient care, monitoring vital signs, and promptly reporting any changes in the patient's condition to doctors for necessary attention.
As I contemplate my career choice in nursing, I am acutely aware of the significant influence it holds over patients' experiences. However, I embrace the opportunity to dedicate myself to those in need and firmly believe that pursuing nursing is the perfect avenue for me to achieve this objective.
Attending SUNY Downstate Medical Center will greatly assist me in achieving my goal of becoming a responsible and efficient nurse. The Accelerated Nursing program at SUNY teaches the foundational principles of professional nursing practice and provides the necessary knowledge and skills required for this field, while also emphasizing their practical application in nursing practice. As a result,
I believe that attending this University will motivate me and adequately equip me for my future nursing career (SUNY Downstate Medical Center, 2007).
