Marijuana helps in the situation of cancer chemotherapy; that causes tremendous vomiting to the patient. It also assists in the opening of the lungs of an asthmatic patient.

Besides, the legalization of marijuana can also give way to a new tax basis for the government, which results in the increase of the government income. The argument viewed in the standpoint of the existing economic conditions makes a lot of sense. The financial relief from marijuana legalization has brought up countless times, and it is only by the pro side. America has recovered economically by the ‘'pot nation'' though it will help America out of the hole as its legalization will not hurt American economy at all. Its legalization will bring money to the states and all nations. Indeed, in this case, most of the income from marijuana business ends up with unlawful bands that manage its trade in several areas around the world. However, this situation should be changed since, if marijuana legalized, the government would organize its business (Mohebbi, et.al.2015 page230).

Contrary, people argue that marijuana should be not legalized while other say marijuana is more lethal to the human body than alcohol that is legal. The effects of alcohol and cigarettes

to the human body are risky among others since they cause cancer and liver cirrhosis. In the United States department of health and human studies (2008) carried out research that found in the country,69.7 million people use tobacco, whereas about 15 million inhabitants misuse alcohol (Alcabes, et.al .2016 page.23). However, also showed that 4.2 million people abused cannabis in the American population and 1000 deaths found caused by smoking-related diseases, while 550 deaths found caused by alcohol related diseases and accidents. The opponent of the legalization of marijuana used the research findings to argue that marijuana is widely used in the United States and most parts of the world. The researchers found that marijuana does not cause deaths while compared to others drugs. Consequently, the supporters of legalization of marijuana say that marijuana should be legalized since it is less harmful than the other drugs that are legalized.

The legalization of marijuana will lead to the increase of the users, and it is definitely dangerous. Like in United State recently it has 15.2 million people using marijuana while there are 129 million users of alcohol. Though the users of marijuana are not as many as the users of alcohol, it is likely possible that the legalization of marijuana will lead to the increase of users as it is voluntarily obtainable. The reality that tobacco and alcohol are both taxed substances, and so far, they have severe consequences on the human health should be indicated clear as though the two are legalized and they have a serious negative effect to those who abuse them.

The use of marijuana other than the medical purposes is tremendously dangerous. The danger

caused by using these substances occurs not only to the users but also to the related people. Besides, drug use increases the health costs of the individual who abuse substance mostly linked with crime. Additionally, drugs that affect parents frequently disregard their children that result to them becoming street children. The legalization of marijuana will charge the additional government money to provide for medication and remedy of people that will be suffering from marijuana extraction sign.

Most of the people view that legalization of marijuana will only benefit the United States of America; this is because of the healing ability, economic relief and the reality that it has been legalized in some states. Most of the people beside the drug have never looked at the benefit it holds; the use of marijuana is a choice from the people that are willing to use it. Individuals who are interested in looking for pleasure in their life, they have their own way to attain it and many believe that the source to obtain fun is the use of marijuana.

Conclusion

In winding up, cannabis should not be lawful in any way. Thus, it destroys most the people minds. Most of them become criminals, and it mainly increases the rate of immorality, as marijuana is compared to others drugs it is more harmful to the human health. If the legalization of marijuana could be allowed in every country, there will be a gradual change to most of the users.
