Management has instructed Singer’s Antiseptic Division to make a market entry at the earliest possible time: they have requested a complete plan up to the startup of production. The director of manufacturing assented. 8. A schedule based on the best leveling of labor requirements that could be achieved without lengthening project duration

by more than 14 percent in calendar days.
