The members hailing from the U.S. were of the belief that their PFM strategy was the most effective, having demonstrated success within their own country. Conversely, the French team expressed reservations about the feasibility of implementing this particular plan of action.

Celestial’s team faced several challenges during the development of their product, including the French approach to customer understanding through “Nourrriture Excellente” as opposed to the American approach. Meetings were unproductive and communication was difficult due to poor organization. Attempting to use video conferences was not effective as only one person could be seen and it was challenging to convey everyone's points.
