The age of responsibility by law is 18. By the age 18 people allowed to choose whether to go to college,move out and vote. Responsibility is an important role in adulthood. Going to college is a lot to be responsible for because that’s a big thing in your life. But at age 18 you are still not allowed to drink. The age that would be right to drink would be 18 because that's when life really starts as in like after high school you choose to keep going to school or start to work.

Moving out is an important thing for an adult. When moving out your given the choice to move in with a friend or to be completely on your own. It is a big decision to make because it means leaving a lot behind to start a new life may be difficult. It is a big decision because being alone in not having parental guidance. Having no parental guidance means your probably going to have to pay for where your staying and pay for the electric and pay for your groceries.

Voting lets is many thing such picking the new president, new governor and propositions. Long ago the age to vote was 21 but then was lowered down since people have to 18 to go to war. The age was lowered down by president Franklin D. Roosevelt during world war 2.
In conclusion the age to be considered an adult is 18. The reason why is because that is when life really starts as in like you move out and go to college. When turning 18 your allowed to do these things. The only thing that would change would be drinking because the age is 21.
