This task offers an opportunity to set goals, develop strategies, and evaluate progress. The task is divided into four parts, with the first part focusing on creating a specific goal using the SMART acronym.

A health or wellness goal that is expected would be to eat healthy starting next Monday. It is also measurable by committing to working out at the gym at least 4 times a week for 30 minutes. To make this goal achievable, I will sign up at the gym and remove all unhealthy food from my fridge.
