There are different ranges of environmental factors which impact the communication but also the interaction within the health and social care environment. Most of the factors are usually experienced through everyday life but most of these factors are usually taken for granted.Positive and negative influence on communication:1. Some or just many factors which promote certain behaviour of communication from interaction or effective communication which will border by limiting the interaction but also limit the barrier towards effective communication. An area which is very hectic where there is usually any little security sometime whenever interacting communication maybe withdrawn. Sometimes a person may feel uncomfortable when ever expressing themselves or a certain part of their life which may consist of distraught memories from a certain part of their life in a public environment when communicating with others. Certain backgrounds which consist of a lot of noise for example TV, radio, or from people who walk past you or from people who walk past you or traffic from cars while walking on the pavement which can make it difficult for people who have hearing difficult such as hearing impairment. But this sought of problem can be very difficult for

those people who use hearing aids where the background noise which amplified from a certain level as the sound of the person’s voice is spoken to them.Lighting:Depending on the lighting quality of a persons or an institutional care the setting itself can be distracting which can affect the communication.

Rooms which are dim and glooming can make it difficult and distracting for co-workers or care workers to communicate especially watch each other’s facial expression but ago body language. Certain disruption such as glare on a window or a table but also standing in front of light can observe the personas face.
