relationship problems amongst the management staff and employees. Consequently, it might be necessary for employees to have some time and room to deal with their personal affairs.

This poses a problem as each employee should have equal hours and responsibilities for covering various zones and areas of the City of Kelsey. Additionally, there is a moral concern with some ambulance drivers illegally and unethically using sirens and lights without emergencies.

Delayed ambulance response to emergency calls is unacceptable, resulting in extended patient waiting times. This has led to a deterioration of some patients' conditions from non-life threatening to life threatening. Hence, it is imperative that patients are prioritized and promptly transported by drivers with utmost care.

Upon arrival at the local hospital, paramedics and EMTs must show respect to the staff. They should also inform about any complications or medications administered to the patient. Regrettably, there have been complaints regarding disrespectful and hostile conduct by some paramedics and EMTs towards hospital staff members. It is crucial that such incidents do not happen within Taylor Ambulance Company, Inc., as our aim is to deliver outstanding service to all parties involved in our services.
