How Personality and Emotions Affect the Individual Behavior Essay Example
The types of human resources that the management should pay keen attention to when changing distribution methods include recruitment and selection of new distributors, training of new distributors, compensation and benefits, health and safety and risk management. The management should ensure that new distributors are recruited based on merits without any form of favoritism to ensure that those selected can achieve the organizational objectives of improving the returns from sales. They should also put in place conditions that will ensure that all distributors are well compensated to motivate them in doing their work. The management should also put relevant measures to ensure that all health and safety requirements are met. The management should also ensure that risk management measures are put in place that will help them to know how to avoid risk, how to deal
...with risky situations and when to accept the risk.
The management should go ahead to implement the new distribution system since this will help the Company to access different parts of the market they were not accessible before. The use of online distribution is a very good idea since this will allow the Company to reach so many people since the world is going digital due to technological advancement. There is a large population in the social media and going digital wise will be profitable for the organization.
The other functional areas that should be involved in this plan include research and development, customer service, production, and finance. All these areas should be considered to ensure that all people from these departments give their views, support, and efforts so that the Company goal can be achieved.
The ethical issues that must, however,
be considered to ensure that the goals and objectives of this new marketing strategy are met include honesty and responsibility. Each and every distributor must be accountable for all they do and ensure that they take all their responsibilities without any strict supervision. They should be concerned about the people, society, and environment where they conduct business. There is a strong connection between ethics and strategic marketing hence any management that wants to achieve its marketing goals should consider all the ethical requirements.
