Ethical actions of an individual may change as they grow, learn, develop, and evolve in eyes of the community as well as in the eyes of a person. life since there is no way in which a person may determine what is right and what is wrong.

If being ethical were doing "whatever community accepts," then finding out what is exactly ethical, a person would need to find out what the community accepts. Lack of social consensus in the community concerning many issues makes it difficult to equate ethics to whatever the community finds acceptable. If observing ethics is doing whatever community accepts, then it is important for one to find an agreement on issues that does work or even exist. Ethical standards include those that enjoin virtues of compassion, loyalty, and honesty; as well as ethical standards that encompass standards that are related to rights like the right to life, the right to privacy, the right to freedom from injury (Burgh et al., 3). Therefore, it is necessary for any individual to constantly examine what one’s standards to making sure that they are reasonable as well as well-founded. Ethics in the community means continuous effort studying moral conduct and our own moral beliefs, and striving to make sure that institution help to shape up the standards that are reasonable and solidly-based.

Now ethics in the community are the actions of an individual in a conscious state that represents their free form of seeking a judgment on the issue of whether the act they have done is ethically right or wrong. Morals and ethics are conceptually different in the community but they lead to the same determining outcome to the social system and aim to promise excellence in life for the present as well as future generations. An individual that has good morals most of

the time is involved in good things and always knows it inside while those that have the tendency of doing bad deeds always consider it right in the attempt to adapt to the community that they lives and having bad morals. If the moral and ethical values of a person have reduced, they might not any shame of fear in doing wrong deeds or even committing heinous crimes since it is something they view appropriate by their ethics and morals (Souryal, 133). Often, the experiences of a person and the way they were brought up plays a critical role in their actions thus their morality and ethics.

In conclusion, we want to see a community that upholds ethics and morals, a community that has low or little crime rate and a place where humans can live safely with one another, then it is important also for each and every member of the community to look into ethics and morals that sculptures as well as the religious masters preach. Everyone has a responsibility to make the community we live in a better place where all humans can be able to live a life of dignity and respect for having no sense of fears in their minds. From the prospect, it seems that human have now become too selfish in their dealing with other community members and have lost patience, hence shows that ethics have deteriorated in the community we live in today. People should endeavor to restore shrewdness and practicality that seems to have taken twists and turns to be replaced with acts of greed, negative competition jealousy, and temptation for easy money that is consequently detrimental

to community’s welfare and a happy living with one another.
