Moreover, training enhances self-awareness as teachers can share personal experiences and receive feedback from experienced colleagues, thereby expanding both personal boundaries and potential for improved performance.
According to Goleman, an individual's ability to undertake tasks depends heavily on their emotional competence, which is directly linked to cognitive and emotional learning. Self-control, defined as the ability to restrain actions and impulses, is essential in all organizations as it is the foundation of managing not only motives but also oneself.
