Many individuals fail to realize that stress can directly influence how you will feel and think on a regular basis. Sources of stress can be either positive or negative, whether you realize it or not. For example, positive stress can be beneficial and motivating and negative stress can cause anxiety and even health problems.
In daily life, we often use the term "stress" to describe negative situations. This leads many people to believe that all stress is bad for you, which is not true.

Stress is part of our fundamental survival system. Positive stress can help us meet daily challenges and also motivates us to meet our goals. For instance, what you feel before an important jo

Negative stress is the “most popular” kind of stress. It’s a stress that causes negative implication such as anxiety, fatigue, depression, unhappiness and other illnesses. An example of physical negative stress is when we are working on many projects and responsibility beyond what we can do, or when we no longer have time to relax and even get enough sleep.
