To successfully modify behavior, it is important to pinpoint exact objectives and create strategies for accomplishing them. This task offers an opportunity to set goals, develop strategies, and evaluate progress. The task is divided into four parts, with the first part focusing on creating a specific goal using the SMART acronym.

Your goal should meet the criteria of being Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Rewarding, and Time-defined. Additionally, you will complete a behavior change contract and journal for three weeks. A health or wellness goal that is expected would be to eat healthy starting next Monday. It is also measurable by committing to working out at the gym at least 4 times a week for 30 minutes. To make this goal achievable, I will sign up at the gym and remove all unhealthy food from my fridge. The reward for achieving this goal is losing weight, which will make me feel more beautiful and allow me to fit perfectly in every dress. Additionally, it will help me live longer.
