Tesco, one of England's largest supermarkets, is now aiming to become a leading player in non-food markets. Their focus on customer satisfaction drives every business decision they make. They offer thousands of great offers every week on groceries, as well as over 1500 types of wine and a range of entertainment products such as books, CDs, DVDs, and digital items including phones and broadband. Additionally, they offer a variety of insurance options including for cars, homes, travel, and life. Tesco's UK stores are divided into six different formats based on size and product range. The largest format, Tesco Extra, carries nearly all of Tesco's products and is typically located outside of urban areas.

Tesco Metro stores are medium-sized stores located in city centres, the inner city, and small town high streets. Lastly, Tesco Express stores are small convenience shops found in busy city centres, where they mainly stock food along with everyday essentials.
One stop is the lone category not bearing the Tesco name. These stores are the tiniest, and use different rates and promotions compared to other Tesco shops. They usually close later than all shops except the 24-hour Tesco stores. Tesco Homeplus is not
the company's initial non-food enterprise in the UK. Previously, there were various non-food Tesco stores throughout the country, such as Scarborough and Yate. Even though their setup was not of a warehouse type, they were situated in high streets and shopping centers, and offered similar merchandises as Homeplus stores.
Two factors contribute to this phenomenon: the presence of a Tesco Superstore that exclusively offers food in every shopping center and the National Health Service (NHS) providing free health services, such as eye exams, dental care, medication prescriptions, and personal care, to legal residents of the United Kingdom.

Dixy Chicken is a flourishing fried chicken restaurant chain in Europe, renowned for using only fresh halal meats and salads that are prepared under closely-monitored, high-quality supervision. The term "scale" refers to the range of regions that the business covers.
The NHS operates at three levels: Local, Regional (Essex), and National (England). However, it is considered a National healthcare system due to its operation solely within England.
Tesco has branches in various countries including China, France, Japan, Poland, Slovakia, India, and Turkey, making it both European and partially Global. Similarly, Dixy Chicken is European as it has branches across the continent and partially Global with its presence in America and Australia. On the other hand, Oxfam is fully Global with its presence not only in America and Australia but also in Ireland, Belgium, France, Hong Kong, Japan, Austria, and many other countries worldwide.
