What is Universe?
The Universe is an incredibly vast, complex and mysterious place. It is a place that has captivated the imagination of humans for thousands of years. Much of what we know about the Universe today came from our ancestors’ attempts to explain it and make sense of their universe. From Ancient Greece to modern-day cosmology, people have tried to understand how the Universe works. The Universe is home to all matter in existence, including planets, stars and galaxies. All these objects are connected by an invisible material called dark matter which makes up most of the mass in the universe. Dark matter doesn’t interact with light in any way, so it can’t be seen directly but its effects on other objects can be measured indirectly through gravitational forces felt on nearby stars or galaxies. Scientists believe dark matter holds together galaxies like ours and prevents them from being torn apart by gravity as they move through space. In addition to dark matter, another mysterious component that makes up most of the Universe is dark energy which causes the expansion of space itself rather than just affecting its contents like gravity does. This expansion accelerates over time instead of slowing down as predicted by Newton’s Laws, a phenomenon known as dark energy.
