What is Physical And Psychological Health?

Eating too much saturated fats or processed foods can lead to weight gain or other chronic diseases such as heart disease or diabetes. Finally, getting enough quality sleep helps improve physical health by providing restorative rest; without it an individual may suffer from fatigue or difficulty concentrating during the day due to lack of sleep at night. Good psychological wellbeing requires more than just good physical health; it involves having a positive outlook on life as well as feelings of contentment with one’s situation in life. Mental activities such as reading books or playing board games can help stimulate the mind while relaxation techniques like yoga or meditation can reduce stress levels and provide mental clarity. Developing healthy relationships with friends and family members can provide support during difficult times while hobbies that are enjoyable can help distract from negative emotions or situations that cannot be controlled.
