The book “Primal Leadership: Learning to Lead with Emotional Intelligence” by Goleman, Boyatzis, and McKee provides comprehensive information pertaining to the ideas that surround the leadership theory.

The book itself is clearly written and relatively easy to read for an ordinary reader. The book is divided into three main parts, the first part of the book concerns with the power of emotional intelligence where the works of the great leaders have been discussed. The second part deals with the process of developing emotionally intelligent leaders.The third part of the book however focuses on applying the leadership theories that have been identified in conjunction with the determined process for making and developing leaders in order to arrive at the application of the emotional intelligence concepts on an organization as a whole.
