The Texas Nursing Practice Act ( NPA ) governs the pattern of nursing in the province of Texas. It is implemented by the Board of Nursing ( BON ) to guarantee that each individual keeping license as a nurse in Texas is competent to pattern nursing safely.

the NPA. nurses are expected to execute their undertaking professionally and aptly. In add-on. nurses are expected to peer-review their co-workers.
