In 2008, Justin was officially signed to Island Records. At this point Justin was in the third phase of his leadership process. He was able to share his vision with millions of people around the world. People began to see him as a sensation and many others realized the amount of leadership potential he carried. From this point forward, Justin never looked back; he continued to believe in himself, his gifts, and his dreams. In order to be an effective leader, you first have to believe in yourself and your abilities. Justin was able to put his vision into action.

He had been working his whole life towards a music career. Little did he know, he was about to become one of the most successful young artists in music history. He was the first artist in history to sell out Madison Square Garden in his first show there. It sold out in only 22 minutes. That’s an astounding accomplishment to be able to achieve, let alone being that young while doing it. Many people began to see Justin in a whole new light, they saw him as someone who goes after their dreams with complete confidence, which is why he is where he is today.

At age 16, Justin had ben recognized as an impressive youth leader and was able to take home the Global Youth Leadership Award. Justin is able to inspire people through example. He shows people that everyone has gifts, talents, and skills that can change the world. In order to fulfill these dreams and passions you have to first be able to believe in

yourself and your abilities. Never give up and never say never. Justin is on a mission to help people believe in themselves and go after their dreams, no matter how big or small.

Becoming a leader can be very difficult, but Justin shows that it can be done no matter who you are or how young or old you are. Leadership takes a conscious commitment and consistent effort in order to develop the necessary skills. Justin is willing to make this effort in order to carry out his dreams. Justin shows that it is up to you to make a difference in your life, only you can decide where you want it to go. To achieve true success you need to have the right attitude, self-discipline and the ability to put your goals before your own needs. After watching this movie I definitely became a “Bieleber. ”
