In contrast to consumer products, industrial products are purchased by individuals and organizations for further processing or business use.

To compare and contrast consumer products and industrial products, the Communication and Reflective Thinking (CABS) approach can be used.

Product quality is crucial as it directly impacts a product's ability to meet customer needs and satisfaction. Quantity is also important as it affects performance and customer value.
