The leadership styles that work well in the medical environment are classified into two broad categories that include the transactional leaders and the transformation leaders. In the first category of leadership styles that are the transactional leaders are the most effective in crisis situations or are mainly involved in the projects that are required to be required out in various ways (Nyberg, J. J. 2015). The transactional leadership style can help and work well in the medical environment in that it can help in the seeking ways of motivating the workers who are mostly the nurses through the giving them rewards and the also giving them warning where they commit mistakes, through this it can help in the bringing conducive environment for better performance of the nurses.

...ging good performance of the work in the medical environment is that they provide layout that ensures the rules and the regulations are well adhered. By this it keep the workers on toes about their working conditions in the hospitals (Trainex Corporation 2014). Creativity and the innovation of higher-skilled workers are also motivated through giving the workers rewards and also by promoting them into the next level. Through this type of leadership styles it ensures that the workers are well taken care of especially in the listening and solving their complaints in the organizations.
In the transformational leadership style it is best to be used in the medical environment this is through the enhancing the morale and the performance of employees and also it entails the driving change within an organization. In this leadership style it applies democracy
this is where the workers morale which leads to high performance. Through this style it works best in the medical environment in that it makes the employees feels that their opinions are well heard and well-handled while at work. Also through this style it improves the communication among the team members in the medical environment this provide a good working environment. It also helps in restoring trust among the team members.
In future goals medical goals which include the owning your practice in this it will happen in the through acquiring skills of the conducting research it will help in the attainment in the medical future goals. Learning skills like those of how to conduct a research in my field of medical studies. Through learning the ways that are required in acquiring the best information in the research will add value to the attainment of medical goals (Aspegren,K.2014). Another way that this knowledge will help in achieving the medical goals that are providing the best services to the patients and also in the dealing with the illness that are chronic in the human health.
Through gaining the experience of working in a hospital settings will enable in reaching my set future medical goals in that it will build confidence while facing those roles in future and also in creating good reputations, in working in hospital settings (Draper, J. 2013). Another way in which this experience will help in the achieving my set medical future goals is through creating and enhancing good leadership skills that will help whenever granted the position of leading the other team members in a hospitals. Through also conducting research it will help in
the acquiring more knowledge of various illness and also the ways of dealing the illness.
Motivation and creativity can also lead in achieving future medical goals in that once gaining experience in working in hospitals, by knowing motivation through giving rewards will boost the morale of my learning in the medical area. Also through being more creative it will help in the attaining the set future goals.
