Executive Summary
My internship project is divided into three sections. There are Organization part, Project part and Analysis part in the project. In organization part, I tried to focus the different kinds of service of Mutual Trust Bank Ltd. And I tried to relate their services with the theories. For completing my analysis part, I have done questionnaire survey among the Customers of Mutual Trust Bank Ltd. I have collected data from them.

I tried to keep all the data confidential that I collected from our respondents. Survey method was cost efficient and convenient. As I have collected information from going to individual or by mail, there is a less chance of getting wrong information. I have used SPSS 14.
