The course has enhanced my critical thinking skills and ability to deduce consequences, as well as taught me how to solve problems using relevant information and logic. These skills are crucial in strengthening arguments, particularly as a student (Boss, 2012). They have empowered me to contemplate my decisions and values, resulting in a more purposeful student life. Irrespective of the path I choose, rational and critical thinking remains vital.

The ability to participate in critical thinking and logical reasoning has been beneficial for both self-evaluation and studying other subjects this semester. Granting the juvenile a second chance to reform and prevent the development of negative behaviors is justified by their clean criminal record. Informal diversion, which avoids involving the minor in a courtroom process, is the most suitable approach for this. The matter is resolved before it reaches the District Attorney.
