Every student must possess high-level cognitive skills, including logical and critical thinking.
The course has enhanced my critical thinking skills and ability to deduce consequences, as well as taught me how to solve problems using relevant information and logic. These skills are crucial in strengthening arguments, particularly as a student (Boss, 2012). They have empowered me to contemplate my decisions and values, resulting in a more purposeful student life. Irrespective of the path I choose, rational and critical thinking remains vital.
The ability to participate in critical thinking and logical reasoning has been beneficial for both self-evaluation and studying other subjects this semester. Juvenile probation is a crucial part of the juvenile justice system, and informal non-wardship probation is the preferred option for minors without any previous criminal record. This program ensures that the probation department does not sep

The non-wardship program has a duration of up to six months. If completed successfully, the minor's charges are dismissed (Finley, 2007). The arresting agency or police refer the case to an informal diversion program. The minor is not charged and no case is filed.
Granting the juvenile a second chance to reform and prevent the development of negative behaviors is justified by their clean criminal record. Informal diversion, which avoids involving the minor in a courtroom process, is the most suitable approach for this. The matter is resolved before it reaches the District Attorney.
