Our project, "print," is an online store inspired by the process of printmaking. Customers can choose from various designs to be printed on their shirts. As an e-commerce business, our manufacturing plant will be located in downtown area, eliminating the need for a physical store. The machinery and materials for "print" will be housed at 842-A Bolton Ice Plant, Bolton Extension, Dave City. With advanced printing technology, "print" will have the capability to create different layouts. Our main goal is to provide customers with personalized shirts that meet their preferences and offer top-quality services.
Project 9 is an e-commerce platform where consumers can directly purchase goods or services online without intermediaries. This type of online shop goes by different names such as e-shop, e-store, internet shop, web-shop, Webster, online store or virtual store and provides a similar experience to traditional brick-and-mortar retail stores. There are two categories of online shopping: business-consumer (BBC), where consumers buy from businesses; and business-to-business (BIB), where businesses purchase from each other.In the field of online retailing corporations in the US market, E-Bay and Amazon.Com are prominent players. The project has long-term goals which include establishing public recognition for its high-quality products and staying up-to-date with customer trends to ensure success. Additionally, there are plans to expand designs to other countries like Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore, indicating potential future growth opportunities. Feasibility criteria for this project revolve around securing funds or capital. Obtaining financing is crucial either through self-funding or obtaining a business loan from a bank. Individuals

are motivated by the expectation of earning money or generating income when entering into a business venture. Furthermore, this company aims to boost Dave City's economy by providing employment opportunities for residents. To ensure stability and competitiveness in the market, it is crucial for the proposed project to continue operations despite potential risks. Various marketing strategies and promotions will be considered to effectively penetrate the target market such as showcasing services on backbone, Twitter, and the company's website. The project also plans to attract customers through promos like discounted rates for T-shirt designs and membership cards.
To increase public visibility, tarpaulins will be strategically placed one month in advance with an announcement of the online shop's commencement date. It is crucial to generate awareness about the new online shop's presence on the internet. The project thoroughly examines feasibility from multiple aspects, including market feasibility, technical feasibility, financial feasibility, socioeconomic feasibility, and organizational and management feasibility. Establishing a new online retail presence plays a key role in its potential success. The decision to operate as an online shop was based on students' preference for digital transactions, saving time and effort. What sets "Print" apart from its competitors is its superior printing quality achieved by hiring skilled individuals with expertise in t-shirt printing and effective use of photos.

Customers can conveniently browse and customize their shirts on the retailer's website, which also provides important information such as address, prices, delivery dates, etc. "Print" focuses on creativity and customer satisfaction to provide convenient shopping options for the population of ADD. The target market includes not only

the population of ADD but also friends and relatives interested in Atone designed and customized shirts.

This decision was made based on a survey that demonstrated both the affordability of our products and the frequency of internet usage among potential customers. We aim to make it easy for customers to reach us at any time and request any desired changes to their orders.In the past 5 years, online shopping and t-shirt printing have experienced significant growth. From 2007 to 2012, people preferred online shopping due to its accessibility and user-friendly process. To anticipate demand for our proposed project, we conducted a market survey among students of Atone. Despite another stall selling Atone designed shirts under the brand Gettable in the food court, we wanted to determine if there would still be support for our project. Although evaluating demand for this product is not necessary for comfort or satisfaction purposes, it still holds importance. Table 1 provides projected demand numbers for each year over the next 5 years, indicating monthly unit demand. Additionally, Figure 3 illustrates the Demand Curve showing units of demand for each year.

On the supply side, there are various potential online stores and t-shirt printing press developments that will contribute to continued growth in supplying Atone designed shirts through online sales. About 60% of Atone's population relies on online shopping, causing most shirt businesses to promote their products online. The increasing demand requires new supplies of t-shirts with unique designs. Figure 4 illustrates the Supply Curve indicating the number of units supplied each year.

Furthermore, a Price Study was conducted to analyze competing brands such as Gettable Atone shirts, Papa Shirts, SMS City Dave (Accolade),

and Gaining Mall of Dave in order to examine their price ranges in Dave City.To excel in this sector, it is essential to employ marketing strategies such as advertisements that inform customers about the product and the business itself. The success of Atone's t-shirt business relies on factors like projected demand, supply trends, competitor prices, and marketing programs. We utilize diverse marketing strategies across various platforms to reach our target consumers. Internet advertising through social networks like backbone, twitter, and umber offers a cost-effective means for customers to access and select products from our online shop. Another effective approach involves using tarpaulin/poster displays to visually convey information about people, places, and events. By implementing these strategies proficiently, we can easily gain recognition among consumers. Our online shop for cuisines called "pair-e" will be promoted and advertised through the internet. This strategy ensures convenience, promptness, and accessibility for customers while establishing "pair-e" in the online shop industry. Customers can effortlessly navigate our website using the icons located at the top of each page. Furthermore, Figure 5 presents evidence of how accessible our "pair-e" website is to its customers. Additionally, Figure 6 introduces the individuals behind "pair-e," along with our business's mission and objectives. Lastly, Figure 7 showcases a range of designs and layouts available for customers' selection purposes.
