money-making business because of all the help needed in planning and executing a wedding. with money involved it leads to outside influences on peoples decisions of being married or not, those 50 percent of people that had divorces were probably pushed by an outside influence to get married which is why it ended in a divorce. marriage has lost a lot of its meaning with the implication of the divorce, it took the love out of marriage.

All of these are perfectly legitimate ways to avoid the situation where you either have to marry this guy your barely know or leave the kid to grow up without a proper father figure in his life. if you are not getting married for love, do not get married it's a waste of money.

Marriage now and marriage 200 years ago are completely different. they have changed for the worse, not for the best. if marriage's importance continues to decline at the rate it is in the 21st century then it will reach a point where people only get married for legal reasons, not for love which is the complete opposite of what marriages were created for. Overall the only things

you can count on in a marriage is death and divorce.
