I've grasped this truth through my learning journeys, sharing classrooms with students exhibiting both strong capabilities and significant challenges. My observation led me to understand that efficient educators not only identify our collective needs but also recognize each student's specific requirements. This sparked my interest in teaching, leading me to choose CWE.
