My intention in writing this speech was to discuss the effects of global warming; demonstrating a personal relationship to the persuasive language used in speeches. In my speech, I wanted to use personal pronouns and words that would connect to my audience similar to what Martin Luther King uses. I used “my fellow students” and pronouns such as "us" and "our" to connect me to the group and to show that I am also affected by the issue of how destructive global warming can be. I also used an example of a series “Years of Living Dangerously” to achieve the same effect. By talking about how these celebrities are tackling global warming, I tried to create pathos (an emotional reaction) and connect to how members of my audience might feel about this issue. The strong appeals I tried to use we

re metaphors to have the effect of the global upheaval of the time and gave the students a vocabulary to express what was happening.

Another device I saw in King’s speech that I tried to use was “I have a dream that people will recognize global warming”. The passage conveys the subject, and the expression is always rehashed to mallet home my uplifting ideas. The Earth-wide temperature boost is one of the issues which the entire world knows about. One might say that it is the result of the general public's advancement without giving much worry to nature. Occasionally the nations are tending to this issue to attempt and discover an answer for this problem.

The speech

risk from environmental change is serious, it is pressing, and it is developing. Our generation's reaction to this test will be judged by history, for on the off chance that we neglect to meet it - strikingly, quickly, and together - we risk dispatching future generations to an irreversible fiasco. Today I want to share what I've found out about global warming and its causes. To start with I’d start to illuminate the issue of global warming. Second describe how the reason for global warming. To conclude, I will talk about what we can do as a person to do our part to spare the planet from global warming.

My fellow students, global warming is influencing many areas of the world. Global warming makes the ocean rise, and when the sea rises, the water covers many swamp islands. This is a major issue for large portions of the plants, creatures, and individuals on islands. When plants die, the sea creatures lose a wellspring of nourishment, alongside their territory. Despite the fact that creatures have a superior capacity to adjust to what happens than plants do, they may kick the bucket moreover. At the point when the plants and sea creatures die, individuals lose two wellsprings of sustenance, plant nourishment, and seafood. They may likewise lose their homes. Accordingly, they would also need to leave the zone or bite the dust. This would be known as a break in the natural way of life, or a chain response, one thing happening that prompts to another, etc. Sea temperatures have started to rise. This causes a portion of the algae to die which can influence the whole food

chain.

Numerous things cause global warming. Electrical pollution does cause global warming. Power causes pollution from multiple points of view, some more awful than others. As a rule, fossil energy is scorched to make power. Fossil energies are made of dead plants and creatures. A few cases of fossil fills are oil and petroleum. Numerous poisons (chemicals that contaminate the air, water, and land) are sent into the air when fossil energies are generated. Some of these chemicals are called nursery gasses.

When we discard our waste, the rubbish goes to landfills. Landfills are those enormous slopes that you pass by on an interstate that stinks. They are loaded with refuse. The refuse is then here and there smoldered. This sends a large measure of nursery gasses into the air and makes global warming worse. Another thing that aggravates an unnatural weather change is when individuals chop down trees. Trees and different plants gather carbon dioxide (CO2), which is a nursery gas. With fewer trees, it is harder for individuals to inhale because there is more CO2 noticeable all around, and we don't inhale CO2, we inhale oxygen. Plants gather the CO2 that we inhale out, and they give back oxygen that we take in. With fewer trees and different plants, for example, green growth, there is less air for us, and more nursery gasses are sent into the air. This implies it is critical to ensure our trees to stop the greenhouse impact, furthermore so we can inhale and live.

I have a dream that people will recognize global warming .There are ways we can battle the effects of global climate change. The Clean Air Act of

1990 is a law in the U.S that endeavors to secure and enhance the world's air and atmosphere. Some of the parts of this law incorporate restricting destructive vehicle emanations and eliminating the utilization of chemicals that destroy the ozone layer. On a more individual level, we can work to forestall an unnatural weather change by planting trees and via auto pooling.
The steady warming of the earth from human action is a critical worry to all of us. If you are interested to know why we have global warming, listen to the falling trees, watch the mechanical smokestacks obscuring the sky, and notice the fumes exhaust we are pumping into the air. It is just to illustrate what's to come in terms of Extreme decisions to be made between proceeding with global warming or in a general sense changing our way of life.
Al Gore’s story on how global warming can sneak up on us. Tending to the National Institute of Sciences, the former VP said, "If dropped into a pot of bubbling water, a frog will rapidly bounce out. Be that as it may, if a similar frog is put into a pot and the water is gradually warmed, the frog will stay put until bubbled alive. So it is with contamination. If we don't wake up to the modest warming of our surroundings, we may hop past the point of no return." The more we think about an Earth-wide temperature boost, the more probable we are to bounce and the more improbable we are to be cooked.

My fellow students, I have a dream that people will recognize global warming. As I end my speech
