There are some of the philosophies that create the purpose and define the functions of the programs initiated to help the children grow in terms of education and nurture them regarding their talents and gifts. er people and even the community to pull through with the whole program. This kind of program helps a lot in children education and nurturing of the common talents the children posses while in their tender age. Early childhood programs started long before the issue of education started since the children had to be taken care of by the communities and grow up with good habits and behaviors. Therefore, the mission, vision and philosophy of the childhood early education should be well communicated in the manner that it suits the whole program well with all aspects and functions of the whole program put in place for everyone to understand. The mission and vision for the program provides a guiding force in terms of all other subsequent program decisions made during the progress (Decker, 2009)

and mission of the whole childhood program has to correlate with the cognitive learning theory in which it means that, the learning environment of a child and how the child can absorb the whole issue of learning in his or her mind quickly. This theory helps the educators and the psychologists to analyze the issue of environment and behavior of a child at his or her early stages so that they can know what step to take towards the program decisions. The cognitive theory is the best theory to use in such programs in which the directors and stakeholders can use them to clearly evaluate the philosophy and functions of the education program and how the children are willing to absorb whatever material they are being taught. The nurturing activity in the theory is co relational to the childhood program where these kinds of theory can be used to determine the threshold of the completely nurturing program for the children. Therefore, the cognition and learning theory are the aspects of the program that can co relate with the mission and vision of the childhood early education program to help nurture children according to the laid down procedures (Alias, 2014).

Vision

The vision of the early childhood program is to be one of the recognizable leaders in the provision of the best care for the infants, preschool and finally the school aged children. Also the program should be well known for the exceptional programs in terms of education, talent teams, relationship with the community and that, we have pride for the unique blend of programs in terms of learning and fun given the provision of the safe, good

nurturing environment for the children. This vision can well correlate with the cognitive learning theory in which the whole theory and vision revolves along the issue of learning and nurturing the children in an environment where the talents and other gifts connected to learning will be improved during the progress of the program (Koch, 2000).

Mission

The mission of the program will be the willingness and dedication of the complete team to educate and nurture the infants, the preschool children and the aged schoolchildren with a variety or a wide range of little kids care programs. The children in our program to develop many social and positive skills connected to good values and consequently learn about the current issue of the world through appropriate channels like projects and given play activities. We will provide one of the stable, very secure effective learning environment in which it will foster and give a solid base or foundation for the children in the lifelong successes. In correlation to the theory of cognitive learning, the mission can very much integrate with the main components of the program to make it achieve the proposed functions and purposes. The core values to intersect with the mission is very simple; to protect, nurture and educate the children in a very safe, positive and stimulating environment in which they will be made ready for the preparation into school life and later in life know how to handle many of the things and problems in life. The mission, vision and the philosophy of the program will be actualized and practiced in the center since the cognition theory of learning is very well integrative with the components

of the program. The educators and stakeholders will take action in ensuring the mission and vision is well safeguarded and followed with the values of the program up held (Koch, 2000).

Goals and Objectives of the Program

In any action program, the goals and objectives should be set and laid down so that they can be achievable at any given point. During evaluation of the progress of the early childhood program, the determinant issue is the attaining of the goals and objectives of the whole program. If the goals and objectives are attained then, the program is a success at any given point giving the children a humble environment and rules to grow up knowing and with a good understanding (Ludwig?&?Miller, 2007).

  • The young children should be competent in making of their own decisions and their learning is participatory.
  • Play a key role in maintaining a safe environment for the children with all supply schedules of the needs of the children all at time to ensure the curriculum moves on well.
  • The teachers of the children shall be able to give and corporate with maximum respect to the fellow workers and families of the children
  • The tutors and directors shall be responsive and very supportive to the children and their families during their interactions at any given point.
  • The children should learn that, the interaction and knowing how to handle others is a life time thing or skill and their teachers will facilitate any problem solving scenario and give out appropriate solutions to any given problem.
  • The children are to learn and be active in any co curriculum activities in the event of any play or activities

in the program.

  • Finally, success is the main agenda for the whole program (Paas, 2014).
  • Action and Evaluation

It is important to note that, in any program, the evaluation is always an important aspect for the whole project to know the progress of the program. Evaluation is part of the action plan to make sure the program runs smoothly and meets the set goals and objectives. The early childhood program action plan will be based on the set goals and objectives in which the stakeholders, educators and the community will engage in an open discussion and a questionnaire methodology used in the complete evaluation of the things that all parties feel that they have not been tackled to the letter. For the planed questionnaire methodology, the people or participants will be engaged with questions related to the program so as to answer the question. Where, the people involved with the program will later take note and a tally of the people’s ideas, later, get a percentage of people with common opinions, and therefore, gauge their performance in the whole project. The responses from the participants will be the evaluated and taken into account in order to know whether the whole program was a success or not. The questions will be about; the teaching prowess of the tutors, the management of the program, the learning environment of the children and finally the activities the children are involved in the whole program to make them know about the real world skills. Therefore, by the end of the questionnaire methodology, the stakeholders shall be aware of the whole issue of success or failure of the program (Ludwig?&?Miller, 2007).
