Our shop, Collections, is located in an advantageous area close to condominiums and terraced houses. However, we plan to expand our reach by promoting our shop in other areas such as Bayan Lepas and Ayer Itam. These areas offer promising growth opportunities that would increase our profit. Ms Sam Lai Yan, our investor, intends to invest in our shop for the long term, which will likely be two to three years. Our burger shop is a general partnership co-owned by Mr Kung Aik Chee and Mr Gooi Chiah Chiak, along with our business partner, Mr Sam Lai Yan, who invested RM180,000 to help launch our business smoothly. Mr Kung Aik Chee, one of the owners, is 27 years old.

When he was 22 years old, he obtained a Finance degree from Inti International College Penang. Despite previously owning a small burger stall, he recognized that it would not provide substantial long-term profits. To increase his earnings, he decided to establish a burger shop that would focus solely on the preparation of burgers, similar to other burger vendors. Mr.

Gooi Chiah Chiak, currently 27, graduated from Inti International College Penang at the age of 22 with a degree in Management. After graduation, he worked for three years at Eastin Hotel as an assistant manager in the human resource department.

At the age of 26, Ms Sam Lai Yan completed her studies and earned a Diploma in Business from Inti International College Penang. She embarked on

her career journey by joining the international marketing department at G Hotel as an assistant. Recently, she made a significant investment of RM180,000 towards a business plan that aims to facilitate smooth running of Mr Kung Aik Chee's new shop.

Our plan includes borrowing a RM20, 000 loan from the bank to use for future urgent needs and the interior decoration of our restaurant. Our establishment, Collections, is situated at the bustling Elite Height area in Bayan Baru. It is conveniently located within a short walking distance between Giant Bayan Baru and D’ Piazza Condominium in a new condominium complex with numerous available shop lots. We selected this location due to its multiple new shop lots in Bayan Baru which serve as excellent potential starting points for our shop.

With a high concentration of condominiums and terraced houses like Ideal and D’Piazza in the vicinity, we have a prime opportunity to attract a steady stream of customers. These individuals are drawn to our establishment for various reasons, chief among them the chance to sample new and exciting dishes. Our proximity to their homes as well as our unique burger concept further set us apart from other similar dining options. Collections, which was founded by graduate Kung Aik Chee and his business partner Gooi Chiah Chiak in September 2014, owes its success to these distinctive features.

After seeking the opinion of their colleague, Ms Sam Lai Yan became an investor in Mr Kung Aik Chee and Mr Gooi Chiah Chiak's business venture. They were drawn to the idea due to the popularity of fast food, such as burgers, among all age groups in modern times. Despite burgers being considered

unhealthy, their convenience and variety of meats make them a popular choice regardless. This is especially true among teenagers, who enjoy trying different meats and find burgers filling.

Burgers appeal to many adults because they are convenient and time-saving, allowing them to quickly satisfy their hunger and return to work or relaxation. This high demand for unique burger options is a result of these factors.
