It is also used for expensive, high quality products with high profit margins, such as Porsche, BMW, and other luxury automobiles. A producer usign exclusive distribution expects dealers to carry a complete inventory, train personnel to ensure a high level of product knowledge and quality customer service, and participate in promotional programs.
