I can't argue with the fact that the days are gray, damp and gloomy: and to get caught in he rain in autumn is not the same as to do it in Summer.
But, actually, don't think that it's a drawback, as we finally have an opportunity to stay at home with an interesting book and a cup of hot cocoa and just look out of the window watching the rain coming down in buckets. I can't agree at all with people who call it boring to death. There are lots things one can spend time doing them when the weather is awful.
For example new seasons of a lot of series are going to be shown right at the beginning of autumn. And nothing feels as cozy as sitting in front of a screen watching some film or rea
...ding a kook wrapped in a blanket and listening to the sound of rain and watching raindrops running down the window pane. A lot of people don't like autumn and find it boring as they can't meet with their friends due to bad weather.
And it is also a thing I can't agree with.
There is no problem in meeting somewhere inside, the choice of places is just huge: from a simple cafe to a picture gallery. We also should not forget about such thing as Indian summer - a really magic period of time. Sometimes the weather then is better than the weather in summer. The heat never gets too oppressive as it sometimes does in mummer, the sun is not blazing. The weather is mild and balmy.
It is important to add tha
autumn makes us closer with our relatives.
We spend more times at home, so we have family suppers while which the most intimate talks happen. In conclusion I'd like to say that, of course, tastes differ, but every cloud has a silver lining. Although autumn reminds us that summer is over and a new academic year begins, we should notice the opportunities this time of the year gives us.
And besides, nobody will make you feel excited, happy and not bored until you try to find to find some interesting pastimes by yourself.
