If a student borrows a citation from an external source and does not mention its author, name of the work and cited page, it is considered as plagiarism in its pure kind. However, cheaters are not respected not only amid students but amid professional writers as well. The most useful advice that can be given is to be very careful with borrowed phrases and to format them in conformity with the writing style if is an academic paper, or just mention an author if it a blog article or something related.

  1. A paragraph is overloaded with complex terms without an explanation of their meaning.

Such works are characteristic for the scientific field, and sometimes indeed this paper can not do without complex terms that may not be understandable to people far from the topic. But in any case, it is necessary to proceed from the specifics of the audience, to which a certain text was created. If these are people without a profile education, then it makes sense to reduce complex terms to a minimum or to explain their meaning in simple words.
