The resuearch paper is discussing on bullying in the article I have elaborated on the causes of bullying, the effect of bullying and its possible solution. Bullies are not naturally introduced to society yet rather build up these inclinations through conditions and circumstances in their lives. By comprehension, these cases, guardians can check this issue from the beginning or possibly curtails its belongings so that their kids don't fathat ll prey to its devices (Olweus, 2014).

Issues May Cause Bullying

Children on the other hand grown-ups may depend on harassing because of institutional, social or family problems. The following shows investigate some ways in which these perspectives can influence children or grown-up's states of mind, outlooks and habits and prompt to dynamic bullying behavior (Nation et al 2011).

Cultural Reasons for Bullying

Many cultures today

...

support harassing by advancing contrary conduct, for example, viciousness, mockery, self-belittling, feedback of others, and so on. In the U.S., motion pictures and TV indicates embrace savagery to pick up power and control.

Children take in their qualities from nature in which they live. Thus, it's imperative for guardians and instructors to foundation high real measures at home and in school (Smokowski et al 2015).Moral values, for example, mindfulness, liberality, and love are building obstructs after that kids figure out how to treat each other with thoughtfulness and regard. A youngster that grows up with good solid values will dismiss the idea of bullying or treating his companion’s off-base. The absence of qualities in the public arena today is one motivation behind why individuals spook. They essentially don't have a firm establishment of what is right and bad conduct.

incorrectly states of mind and mentalities of how to treat others.

Family Reasons

Sometimes family issues promptly to bullying conduct in kids and high scholars. Guardians or various relatives who show bad behavior at home might pass those propensities on to the youngsters in their care. Child's home life assumes an essential part of his childhood as children regularly emulate what they see (Nation et al 2011).Parents who are searching for a response to the subject of why individuals ought to investigate their particular lives and check whether they are adding to the issue. Youngsters who experience childhood in an adoring and aware air have no compelling reason to turn to harassing to determine their disparities or get what they need. Lack of teaching can likewise add to an issue with tormenting as ruined kids have little idea of good and bad conduct.

Excellent child rearing includes getting by and by involved in your kids' lives, educating, driving and restraining them when expected to help them manufacture real unique character as they develop. You will most likely be unable to bring your youngster up in a domineering jerk free society, yet you're preparing can help them turn into a dependable and caring individual who disregards harassing conduct and holds up for those in need.

Social Reasons for Bullying

A low social standard or absence of social training can prompt to tormenting. Society today tends to complement negative social practices more than positive ones, as can be promptly observed by various mainstream TV serials. Youngsters rapidly get on negative enticing conduct, to incorporate hissy fits, desire fits, outrage, and so forth.

By showing kids social abilities and highlighting

actual social behavior, they will figure out how to connect with others inadequate, helpful ways. By doing our part to diminish harassing conduct, we can make an additionally adoring and tolerating society in which to live. However, it will take the consolidated endeavors of guardians, school and nearby group to raise our youngsters into profitable and dependable people equipped for conveying on (Smokowski et al 2015).

Depression cause bullying

Depression may also cause harassment.

For instance, this is mostly common in high school students, a student can be in full depression, after doing an evil act to another student. The student will always have the fear that the other student will always be needing revenge and might even make him bully this student. According to my opinion if one is depressed, he may attempt to look for the people who contributed to this state of mind and may do revenge on them, including bullying and forcefully tormenting them (Nation et al 2011).

Effects to those who are bullied

bullied are likely to feel disconnected from school and not like school. This is very common in the majority of the students .An individual tend to lose the focus in school as result of suffering and the hardship they face in school.

Lower academic outcomes characterize most of the students who have been affected by bullying. It is evident that majority of students show lower attendance in class because they fear that their classmates or schoolmates will bully them. They, therefore, result to be failures and have significant changes in their academic performance and have lower completion rates (Smith et al 2013). Students bullied lack quality friendships at school.

This

results from a case whereby a student feels rejected and mocked in school and therefore he has no time to make good friends he may lack friends because those who are supposed to be the friends are among the people who are mocking him. If an individual is bullied, he actually shows high levels of emotion that indicate vulnerability and low levels of resilience. The student will be at times be emotional and react to what peoples say and may cause problems and misunderstanding with the other people (Olweus, 2014). A student or an individual will be less well accepted by peers, avoid conflict and be socially withdrawn.

The age mates will always be disrespected by their classmates because they see the bullied individuals that they do not fit the society. They are avoiding conflicts because they know they will not be supported by anybody in the peer group and feel socially withdrawn. Students who face the challenge of bullying have low self-esteem. They lack courage and believe that they cannot make it in life. Once an individual is bullied, he lacks self-drive and does not have that self-motivation toward studies. Low self-esteem may lead to poor academic performance and make the student drop out of the school.

According to my opinion people being bullied have depression. They always have unsettled mind and have anxiety feelings of loneliness and isolation. Bullying student results to the students being stressed up and will not settle for class. It will be hard for them to understand what is being taught. Such students have nightmares; they have fears of being harassed by their fellow students who mistreat them.

The nightmare may be

astonishing and make the student uncomfortable in school. The act of bullying is considered as a cause of fear in the students. Most of the students and people have an increased risk of depression and substance abuse. Having the experience of being bullied daily by their fellow student they tend to take drugs and substance abuse to forget what challenges they have experienced (Olweus, 2014).Furthermore, students in extreme cases, have a higher risk of suicide. Bullying makes an individual feel rejected and has no need of living anymore, however, the reasons for committing suicide are incredibly complicated.

The effect to bullies

Students frequently bullying others are likely to face a challenge too they feel disconnected from school and dislike school. They may end up performing poorly in the class because they feel that they are active even then their teachers. They eventually end up dropping out of school due to tending to try applying what they do to other students to the teachers (Smokowski et al 2015).The individual who bullies others get into fights, with others, for instance, if the persons they were bullying resist, they may result in conflicts causing disagreements. Vandalize property and leave school early.

Also, bullying is associated with an increased likelihood of theft, violent behavior, and binge drinking. The students try to abuse drugs to be in a situation of bullying other students in the school.

Effect to bystanders

Students witnessing bullying may be reluctant to attend school; they get focused and interested in watching the fellow students bullying others. The bystanders may get interested in and interfere with their daily schedules such as attending to classes. They may tend to partner

with their friends in bullying others; this may drive them from attending to class. A student or any other person watching students bullying one another may feel fearful or powerless to act.

They are not able to assist their friends being bullied or bullying others (Smokowski et al 2015). In the other hand students who are not taking part in this activity but are bystanders are feeling guilty for not acting by assisting others. The bystander has no peace of mind they are entirely unsettled since they don’t know whether they will be the next patient or not have increased mental health problems, including depression and anxiety he bystanders have greater use of tobacco, alcohol, or other drugs. According to my research, this has been common in most of the people observing other being bullied they use the drugs to forget or to make them participate in the harassing and molesting others.

Effect to schools

When bullying continues the entire school climate and culture can be negatively affected.

It, therefore, have an impact on the student learning and engagement, staff retention and satisfaction and parental confidence in the school, leading to environment of fear and disrespect and most of the student will not like the school and may drop out of the school and terminate their education. Also, the students are experiencing difficulty learning; they are feeling insecure (Nation et al 2011).And also the students perceiving that teachers and staff have little control and don't care about them Solutions to bullying According to the current situation in the world, bullying is very common in different situations to different people. The people responsible should come up with policies

and strategies aimed at minimizing and bring a possible solution to bullying.Bearing in the fact that ever one has freedom and right to feel free and never to be tormented in any way. For instance, If you are being bullied advise them to stop, and as soon as possible get away from the situation, and make an effort of telling a trusted adult may be they will assist you.

It is true that some students and children find it hard to express this to their parents though it is a solution (Smokowski et al 2015). Also if one comes across a person being bullied, be an up stander take action soonest by telling the person to stop this bad habit. You should try to get a trusted adult and explain all that has happened to try to reach out the person bullying others and be friends (Olweus, 2014).The parents and guardian are very vital in solving the issue of bullying a parent should listen and support y their children. If a child informs the parent as necessary action should be taken soon to minimize the challenges faced by the children.

Furthermore working with the school to be sure your child is safe is paramount and the children will always have no issues such as poor performance in class. The School administration and the teaching staff should take the responsibility in Learning and help to train all adults and youth to recognize and respond to bullying the society this will create awareness and reduce the bad habit in the community. In the whole community and even in the school students should come up with Anti-bullying Club (Nation et

al 2011).This is very useful because it will focus on minimizing and sensitizing people on bullying in the society where youth lead in finding solutions to bullying. Finally, in School and the Community individuals should try to create an identity-safe climate that ensures all people in the society are fully respected and play their respective roles. Having such situations and forms of life cases of bullying will be unheard in the society.

In conclusion according to the research bullying is a great challenge in the community having several causes, impacts on both teams and therefore possible solutions should be applied in controlling such behaviors.
