This will enable them not only to report any issues but also help identify potential risks before they become larger problems which can be costly both financially as well as in terms of human life if left unchecked. Furthermore employers should also strive towards creating a healthy work/life balance so that employees can remain effective while still having time away from work when needed which can help reduce stress levels which have been linked with increased numbers of accidents occurring in the workplace due to lack concentration or fatigue. Overall occupational safety and health standards must be taken seriously by employers if they wish ensure a safe working environment for their employees as well as reducing costs associated with things such as sick pay due injuries sustained at work through poor management practices.
