Morgan Manella, 2016)

The study focused on overweight individuals who are inactive worldwide. After completing the program, over 96% of participants remained committed due to the financial and health benefits they gained from the overall exercise. Although the program's primary aim may not have been preventing illnesses, it yielded better outcomes than expected. Moreover, technology has greatly influenced the wellness program, allowing people to go to the gym and engage in more physical activity (Manella, 2016). In summary, maintaining good health and adopting a healthy lifestyle is not necessarily determined by income level, but rather by an individual's discipline.

Good health means saving money on healthcare and avoiding hospital stays, allowing individuals to contribute productively to their community.
