Despite losing focus on this aspect for a while, we now acknowledge its importance and prioritize its implementation.

Infrastructure safety is a common factor that contributes to patient safety and plays a crucial role in enhancing it. It should be built to withstand potential hazards and minimize human loss. Substantial investment in patient safety infrastructure is required to ensure safe and high-quality care.
