Being a teacher and a researcher has allowed me to be a goal-oriented person, completing two research method classes with the peers of Laureate Education Inc. But the fact that I value team work a lot has enabled us to research and to comprehend the data and root cause (Creswell, 2013). My common goals pushes me to be much focused and to believe nothing works more or less than having an effective communication. I therefore perceive to use activist style in order to reach-out an effective solution as the generation of creativity and having meaningful contribution to the field is charged on being a professional researcher.
