The office personnel will bring the register to confirm that all teachers and staff are present. It is crucial for all staff members to be aware of the closest fire exit. In the event of a missing child in our school, I would thoroughly check all areas within our school.

If the child is not found in corridors, toilets, or playgrounds, I will inform the teacher and reassure the other children to prevent panic. If the child continues to be missing, it is important to notify their parents and give them a status update on their child.

If the parents are unaware of their child's whereabouts, it is crucial to notify the police. In terms of security precautions, our facility has implemented locks on every door and permits entry solely for individuals authorized by office personnel. Moreover, all school staff members must possess badges.

Upon arrival at the school, all staff members are required to sign a book. If an individual without a badge enters and appears suspicious or unknown, I will inquire about their purpose for being in the school. If their explanation is not satisfactory, I will inform the office. Furthermore, if a student with epilepsy has a seizure, it is of utmost importance to promptly

call for a first aider who can provide immediate aid until an ambulance arrives.

Check if this child has experienced an attack before. If the child has had multiple attacks, seek assistance. Asthma, a common condition among students, affects five children at our facility. These children require supervision when using their inhalers.

Although many people are knowledgeable about proper inhaler usage, it is essential to verify for any possible problems. If a child encounters an asthma attack and their inhaler fails to alleviate symptoms, it is vital to promptly seek medical help.
