As such, this paper focuses on various aspects in which cultural diversity promotes or hinders group work productivity in business organizations.

It is important for workers to understand human beings diversity along the dimensions of sexual orientation, status, gender, age, political ideologies, and religious beliefs. Business organizations can take competitive advantage if they make good of cultural diversity. The business organizations can effectively address cultural diversity through embracing corporate culture, also known as organizational culture. For any business company to increase productivity and achieve its set objectives, the authoritative society of a specific organization ought to be in accordance with its aggressive methodology.

Also, the inclusion of authoritative versatility and its individuals in reacting to developing circumstances in a business plainly characterize hierarchical society. One of the great illustrations of association society is cooperation, which is imperative in any association. It advances proficiency and division of work among the laborers. The organization s administration has partitioned the laborers into different offices as indicated by their zone of specialization. Cooperation encourages aggregate obligations and in this way, rouses laborers to put more exertion define organizational culture. One of the classic examples of organization culture is teamwork, which is very important in any organization.

To increase the profitability of the business company is very crucial for all the stakeholders to understand how various variables affect the performance of the business at the individual level as well as during the production process. The manager of the company also plays a very crucial role in determining either the success or failure of the business organization.

As a leader, the manager has the power to influence the performance of the enterprise.
