Embracing and managing cultural differences among workers and other stakeholders in a business organization has been promoted and perceived as an instrumental component in organizational engineering for solving cultural group problems. Positive elements of cultural integration in business companies have received a significant attention in the modern era. As such, this paper focuses on various aspects in which cultural diversity promotes or hinders group work productivity in business organizations.

Business organizations can take competitive advantage if they make good of cultural diversity.
