This people with disability should be treated with equality to the other persons without disability. This gives equal chances and opportunities to all people. Students with disability should study in the general classroom so that they are able to learn how to interact with all people despite of their conditions. students in the general classes of a greater advantage to the students. Learning together boosted their self-esteem and as well as learning different aspects of life from one another. The benefit does not only go to the disabled student but also to the other students where they are able to accept the disabled as members of the society and hence reduce discrimination in general.

Advantages of Inclusion

Disabled students are able to learn social skills from their peers which could not be the case if they learned in special schools. Therefor a great advantage to them. They also get the academic benefit whereby they are able to get role models from their non-disabled peers as well as from their teachers. When they learn in the environment of disabled they may not be exposed to a great number of people and therefor a limitation in the case of role models. Another advantage of inclusion is that the society is able to appreciate and live with the disabled without discrimination. This occurs whereby they interact with other non-disabled students in the schools and therefor appreciate them the way they are. This advantage enhances to boost the self-esteem of the disabled student hence a benefit.

Disadvantages of Inclusion

Some schools may lack the qualified staff and adequate equipment to enhance the teaching of some disabled students. This may mostly occur especially in the case of visually impaired students. This may necessitate these students to study in special schools to enhance effectiveness. Moreover, occurs whereby the disabled students may feel discriminated especially in performance of some physical tasks.
In conclusion, the disabled students should learn together with the non-disabled students to enhance equality and

acceptance in the society. This makes them to feel that they are part of the society therefore inclusion should be implemented.
