Andok’s Lechon Manok, a well-known chicken joint in our region, was founded by Leonardo “Sandy” Javier Jr., the pioneer of “Litson Manok,” twenty years ago. Despite facing tough competition from Baliwag and other challenges, Javier Jr. remained determined to sustain their business. He transformed his passion into his profession and never wavered in his pursuit of success. In the beginning, he faced financial constraints that hindered him from starting the venture.
Despite having to borrow twelve poulets from his mother's friend, he could only sell two. Nevertheless, his hardships served as a driving force for him to strive harder and establish himself as a prosperous entrepreneur. Through experimenting with different ingredients, he successfully developed the unique flavor that has now become synonymous with Andok's. Initially starting with twelve poulets, his business gradually expanded to maintain a daily stock of eighty poulets. His genuine passio
...n and unwavering belief in his venture were pivotal factors that contributed to the growth of his business.
Javier continually expands Andok's menu by adding dishes such as liempo, pork chop, sinigang, etc. Andok's has also started offering franchising opportunities. Thanks to their effective and organized franchise support, their Metro Manila commissary has achieved a "AA" rating for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), while their Iloilo commissary has been awarded the prestigious "AAA" rating for GMP.
Andok's strategically places their establishments in locations that are easily visible and accessible. These include major thoroughfares, public utility vehicle terminals, community centers or malls, nearby markets, commercial or business areas, and areas with high pedestrian and vehicle traffic.
To maintain the quality of the nutrient being served, all stocks and ingredients will be supplied pre-portioned, marinated, and ready-to-cook from Andok's
production facility. Take-out franchise shops will be equipped with standard rotisserie machines, goon and chromium steel steel chimneys, stoves, siopao soft-shell clam cooking tables, Dokito friers, hair-raiser boxes, freezers, and other equipment.
Despite facing numerous competitors in the market, Andok's has established itself as the leading brand of roasted poulet in the country. They have successfully overcome challenges by continuously innovating their products, adding new items, and expanding their company. Their determination and success in their business have allowed them to surpass the obstacles they encountered.
